Originally established as the Dimmit County Youth Rodeo Club in the early                                        1980's, DCJRA has continued to provide a youth rodeo summer series where

                                 families can spend quality time together while enjoying the sport of rodeo. 

Our success is dependent on our sponsors, to support our young cowboys and cowgirls. The generosity of our past donors has provided us with the security to continue our mission, and we are thankful to them for  their continuing support. DCJRA, Inc. has developed a sponsorship program to help award scholarships and to provide awards for our contestants. Less than 1% of total proceeds we receive are used to cover administrative expenses. The remaining proceeds are returned to the youth in the form of scholarships, saddles, buckles and awards totaling well over $40,000 annually. The sponsorship program is based on levels for which an individual or organization may contribute.
